How to deal with overthinking and ‘low-moods’

Becoming more aware of your emotions can be a gift and a curse at the same time. Here’s a video on how to deal with overthinking and low-moods.

First I wanted to share this video only in my group, but then I thought it might be helpful to share it with all of you.

When people get into self-development, and start to improve themselves, they often find confrontations with their ‘shadows’.

A sign that they are evolving. To the mind this is new. And scary. It reacts and tries to ‘make sense out of it’. It tends to over-analyze and overthink. This is a normal process.

To experience the highest forms of love, one has also to be willing to face his darkest shadows.

As people get more aware of their emotions and of life itself, they also get more aware of love… and the dark sides. This can be scary. And challenging. But…

There’s no challenge without a gift for you.

And soon this ‘curse’ will be transformed into an incredible gift.

In this video I’m talking about how you can deal with overthinking and ‘low-moods’.

Hope this video is helpful to you!

And let me know below: What are the situations that you tend to overthink things?
